We reduced the complexity of reviewing and signing online documents for desktop and mobile users.

Project details

From email to acceptance and signature

The existing process posed various complexities. In the desktop version, the main information and actions were often overlooked, while the mobile version displayed all the information at once. We focused on a couple of user cases redesign: Signing of various documents for a temporary employment contract. Comply with the display of agreements, legal information and the company's security protocols, through verification of the person by PIN code, email or SMS to the phone. Review the files, authorizations and consents and be able not to accept them, reporting it. All with a mobile-first focus.

Deep UX study and testing

As illustrated in the photos, we conducted extensive UX research, analyzing the application's current flow, user screens, and various user flow options. We also looked for best practices among competitors, benchmarking companies such as Signaturit, Pandadoc, Hellosign, Adobe Sign, Docusign, Signeasy, among many others. We quickly created wireframes and prototypes of the solution, conducting small-scale user tests to validate our hypotheses and business objectives.

An updated look & feel respecting the brand

The occasion was perfect to refresh the corporate identity with a small UI KIT, which included updating the typographic scale, color palette, illustrations, and interface elements, such as inputs, notifications, drop-down menus, etc.
