How I'm helping clients through design services

Services - How can I help you

Throughout these years in my career I have worked on multiple design projects that involved different aspects, such as business, technology usability and beauty.

Those projects were offline and online. From print such rebrands, posters, infographics, packagings, magazines to digital products, such web pages, e-commerce, mobile applications, presentations, and design systems.

Digital product design

I can help you creating digital products, screens and flows that matches all the business, technology and user’s requirements and contexts. Proposals that are aesthetic, functional, scalable, that transforms concepts into reality, enriching our everyday experiences. (Yep, it sounds a bit crazy, but it’s incredible how applications, for example, change our habits and routines). That’s why it’s very important to take care of every little detail in the interface, visuals, texts, in any touchpoint & process that appear in our products.

with a methodology

Normally for every product I use a non linear design process, but with the double diamond design thinking framework in mind as a starting point.

I take into account the team, roles, deadlines, industry, and client for every project. Based on these considerations, I will focus on five design phases that best suit those specific needs:

  • Connect: Collaborating with fellow clients, creatives, and diverse communities unlocks fresh perspectives, ideas, and knowledge, propelling our growth and evolution. Let’s work together to open new paths and achieve amazing things.
  • Trust: We can foster a harmonious environment by trusting each other and sharing knowledge, cultivating a strong client-designer relationship based on open communication and collaboration. This should be the starting point in every project of mine.
  • Analysis: With this pivotal stage, understanding the problem at hand, immersing myself in research, exploration, and analysis as a designer I can gain valuable insights into user needs, desires, and pain points, illuminating the path towards effective solutions.
  • Make it tangible: I ensure that designs are sexy and emotional. Not just visually appealing but also functional, practical, and delightful to use. It sets the stage for successful implementation and ready to be tested by users.
  • Scale: The deliver and transfer steps mark the culmination of my design process, where designs are transformed into real-world solutions that create meaningful impact on a broader scale. I ensure everything is implemented and ready evaluate the results.

Some of the clients I've helped (And helped me to grow)

I have worked with different companies, clients, teams and people, to whom I am very grateful. Thanks to them I’ve learned different ways of working and understanding design & business.

I have also worked in and for different countries. Spain, Germany, London, Austria and U.S. These are some of the clients and companies I have been fortunate to collaborate with:

Correos Spain logotype

I had the awesome opportunity to participate in designing some national stamps for Correos. Not so many people can say they have a national stamp ; )

Vodafone logotype

Through the Design thinking methodological framework, we help Vodafone to create its invoice consultation portal for employees.

La 1 logotype

In this case I designed the intro video and labels that appears in the weather forecast section for the first Spanish television channel.

Banco Santander logotype

Internal Desktop App for Banco Santander employees to manage contracts and deals with their providers and contractors.

Bank Austria logotype

At the Vienna Bank Austria headquarters, we implemented a display to consult general banking information where the people could control the interface with a Kinect device.

Telefónica logotype

At Telefónica we adapted Twitter, Flicker and Facebook for the Smart TV. And just having a remote control to access all the features that the platforms offered on the computer.

Post Austria logotype

Post, the Austrian postal service, wanted improve its shopping service. We designed an online process that allows clients to design their own sheets of stamps and be able to buy them.

Verisure logotype

For Verisure, in Microsoft Sharepoint we develop the internal website for the employees. A place where they can see global news, company benefits, contacts, etc.

Orange logotype

We work together with the Orange call centre employees to build their new virtual assistant. To manage and resolve the incidents they had with the final consumer.

Repsol logotype

I had an interesting commission: create a simulation interface showcasing Repsol’s new ocean energy turbine. It was for a TV ad, not an actual app. I had a lot of fun working on it.

Edelvives logotype

The project was huge. Bring & migrate all the Edelvives book publisher information to a completely new website and its CMS. Showcase over 1,000 books, resources, projects, etc.

Iberia logotype

As part of the IBM team, I helped design and think about new lines of business with the Iberia team. Among them baggage tracking, billing or a customer loyalty plan.
