A bit information about myself

Design thoughts

I love working with data analysis on digital projects. It’s a reliable way to optimize results, but I also believe that something essential is being lost in the profession: intuition and passion. Design often involves taking risks and make bets, and not everything can be solely driven by conversion metrics. Emotion plays a vital role too.

But I’ve noticed a trend of interfaces becoming increasingly similar. Pursuing uniqueness, I aim to bring back authenticity and attention to detail in my crafts. I’m reflecting more of my personality with every project. Striving to create elegant, daring, and valuable interfaces that stand out and even embrace a touch of irreverence ; )

Other curiosities

My whole family is dedicated to the art and design field, and it’s in my blood too, but to be honest what really motivated me to dedicate myself to this were video games. For me video game’s interfaces strike the perfect balance between graphics, functionality, fun, and emotion.

I remember playing Age of Empires or Command and Conquer and thinking how precious were those drawings (now I know those graphics are called GUI). In a way I felt something similar like when you discover something new by looking through a microscope.
